The feedback from the testing so far has been good, but if you do encounter any problems with any of the new Creative Studio files, please let me know using the CONTACT link at the top of the page.

To find files that specifically have Creative Studio versions you can do a Search on the www.DigiQuilter.com site. Type in tested to the Search box and it will show all files with this file type.

My mom passed away on Tuesday this week. She went in her sleep, and is finally free of the cancer and the pain. She will be missed.

I expect to be back in the office next week. Not sure what the hours will be yet – I’ll see how it goes.

I just wanted to post and let everyone know that I haven’t disappeared into the wild blue yonder. I have been out of the office a lot lately, however, due to the fact that my mother is suffering from terminal cancer and I’m trying to spend as much time with her as I can before she is gone.

I do have someone in the office most of the time when I’m not, but as that person is my son, sometimes he is with me to visit his grandmother. Not much I can do then, but beg your understanding during this difficult time.

I am getting back in town as often as possible to catch up with things that only I can deal with and if you really need to reach me email is the best bet.

It’s going to take me some time to get them all done and I WILL NOT be taking specific requests for particular files. This is the only way that I will be able to get them done in as timely a manner as possible. I’ll be working on the most popular patterns first and working down the list from there.

Please note that any emails requesting a particular file will not be responded to – I’m sorry, I’m not trying to be a hard-ass, but every time I have to answer another email is time that I don’t have to work on files. Likewise I won’t be giving an ETA on any of the work. I will get them done as soon as I can and I’ll be posting here periodically to let everyone know how the work is going.

Thanks to everyone who responded about testing – I now have enough testers.

However, this process is going to take a while to get done.

It used to be that each system had it’s own download. I’m finding that it is time consuming and unneccesary to make all those files, so I will gradually be making it so that all the system files will come as one download per pattern design.

Since there are a lot of files on the site already it is going to take time to change them all. Please be patient with me while I get them all switched. All new files that I post to the site from now on will come in that format.

The certificate is from GeoTrust and is secure.

Ahhh, checked it again and it is now showing properly here. May still be working it’s way across the rest of the servers, but should be done soon.
